Aben Resources AGM Held -- Directors Re-elected
Vancouver, BC – Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ABN) (OTC Pink: ABNAF) (Frankfurt: E2L) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it held its annual general meeting on February 28, 2013. The Company reports that Ronald Netolitzky, Timothy Termuende, Donald Huston, James Pettit, and Amanda Chow were re-elected directors of the Company. The shareholders of the Company also approved the re-appointment of Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the Company, and approved the renewal of the Company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan.
